T2W2 Journal Writing : Healthy Eating















I will eat more fruit and vegetable and exercise to keep me healthy. I think is some oily chicken wing and other more. Because so that we will not fall sick so easily. I think is Lower blood pressure; reduced risk of heart disease, stroke, and probably some cancers; lower risk of eye and digestive problems. It give us nutrients. I like some fruit and some vegetable because some vegetable i hate so much i also don't know why i hate it and most fruit i got eat. I support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables because it good for our health. Like if the pupils eat vegetable or fruit or more then can give some prizes.
