Netiquette
1)Polite attitude and no vulgarity.2)It is important because it is a form of respect for others.
3)Some of the things they did were scolding vulgarity online and being rude in their attitude.
I find that this kind of act is intolerable and inappropiate.
4)I would advise them to be more careful and aware of their use of language when they are on the net.
