1)Yes.2)They stand up,walking around and never put on safety belt.
3)Yes.Ms Karen is right,this can prevent an accident(but sometime also got accident).
4)I don't think so.This is to prevent an accident sometime.
5)To make sure that the children don't like monkey must sit properly.
