1)It mean to show expression of kindness to other.
2)The National Courtesy Campaign impresses me.Because it has run from 1979 - 2000, a total of 22 years.
3)Yes.They were kind not so selfish share thing with other.
4)We can polite to other, don't be so selfish ,help other people and be kind.
